How far is the Citadines from Sydney Airport?
The Citadines Sydney Airport is an easy 1km walk from the airport. Located alongside several other hotels, it’s well located between the airport and the Sydney suburb of Mascot.
Are the rooms nice at Citadines?
The rooms are very stylish and have a funky feel about them too, with bold colours and a stylish bathroom. The TV includes all the information you need about the hotel and its facilities and is equipped with complimentary tea and coffee and a small fridge. I stayed in an economy room and it was super comfortable and felt like I was on a luxurious getaway. It certainly felt like far more than the mid week $144 a night price tag through Trip.com.

Is there a restaurant at the Citadines?
Unlike most hotels the main restaurant is on the top floor at the Penthouse so you can dine up high and watch the planes take off below. The restaurant caters more for the transient traveller so features a range of small, on the go, light meals as well as teas and coffees and a Cocktail Bar. Additionally if you are looking for a more substantial meal, Mascot is only a 10 min walk away and has lots of cafe and restaurant options.

There’s also a Grab and Go Bar, with a range of hot and cold snacks and drinks, so you can grab something to eat or drink day or night. This is pretty handy if you are getting in late at night or leaving early in the morning to catch a flight! The full Grab and Go Bar service is usually open from 7am – 11pm (however times may vary). Vending features are available all day and night.

Did someone say movie night at Citadines?
This is another really unique and cool feature of this hotel. Free movies are played at the Penthouse Terrace, that looks out in the other direction away from the airport over the city lights and is heated with a wood fire. Movie snacks are available at the Grab and Go Bar, so you are set to relax every night during your stay at Citadines Sydney Airport. Call Reception to find out the movie schedule during your visit.

Is there a convenience store nearby?
The Airport Supermarket is just a short walk away and is open til just after midnight each day.
Can dogs stay at the Citadines?

Transport & Parking
You can purchase a parking package so that you can utilise the onsite parking. There is also some short term free parking in the street (as per signage). The Mascot Train station is only a short walk away also, so you can catch the train from here to see all the sights of Sydney.
